Nashua and Hudson police arrested seven people in the Gate City Thursday including four who were previously charged with drug dealing.

7 Arrested In Nashua During Operation Granite Shield Sweep (4)

NASHUA, NH — Another week, another Operation Granite Shield drug sweep that netted four on drug dealing charges who were previously charged with drug dealing, according to police.

On Thursday, Nashua's Narcotics Intelligence Division and Problem Oriented Policing Unit teamed up with police from Hudson to make the arrests "for various drug crimes, and various crimes frequently associated with criminal behavior related to drug activity," according to Lt. Robert Page of the Nashua Police Department.

Ruth Ogletree, pictured upper left, 69, of Railroad Square in Nashua was arrested and charged with four acts prohibited; sale of a controlled drug-crack cocaine-subsequent offense, acts prohibited; possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute-crack cocaine-subsequent offense, and acts prohibited; possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute-cocaine, subsequent offense, all felonies. She was released on personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to be arraigned in the Hillsborough County Superior Court South July 30.

Deborah Sprague, upper center, 55, of Railroad Square in Nashua (the same building but a different apartment than Ogletree) was arrested and charged with three felony counts of acts prohibited; sale of a controlled drug-crack cocaine-subsequent offense. She was released on personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to be arraigned in the Hillsborough County Superior Court South July 30.

Bethany Drewniak, lower left, 38, of Thayer Court in Nashua was arrested and charged with three counts of acts prohibited; sale of a controlled drug-heroin/fentanyl-subsequent offense and acts prohibited; possession of a controlled drug, crack cocaine-subsequent offense, all felonies. She was released on personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to be arraigned in the Hillsborough County Superior Court South July 30.

Kenneth Bell, 44, lower center, of Shedds Avenue in Nashua was arrested and charged with a felony acts prohibited; possession of a controlled drug-tramadol hydrochloride charge. He was released on personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to be arraigned in Hillsborough County Superior Court South July 30.

Brandon Fernandez, upper right, 26, of Lock Street in Nashua was arrested and charged with acts prohibited; possession of a controlled drug, crack/cocaine-subsequent offense and acts prohibited; possession of a controlled drug-heroin/ fentanyl-subsequent offense charges, both felonies. He was released on personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to be arraigned in Hillsborough County Superior Court South July 30.

Yvonne Simard, middle right, 30, of Batchelor Street in Granby, Massachusetts, was arrested and charged with a single felony count of acts prohibited; possession of clonazepam. She was released on personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to be arraigned in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South July 30.

George Smith, lower right, 50, of Howard Street in Nashua was arrested and charged with two felony counts of acts prohibited; sale of a controlled drug-marijuana-subsequent offense and possession of marijuana (more than 3/4 of ounce), a misdemeanor. He was released on personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to be arraigned in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South July 30.
