If you had @STARZ on @Xfinity / @comcast CALL THEM! I had to cancel Starz so I wouldnt get billed even though the service is gone. Sorry, we are not paying for a service that isnt there while they fight over price.

@WingsFan_ @Migilini @WOWCare Yeah I have Wow because Comcast aggravated me when I was moving. An ordeal over equipment I didn’t ever have. The price was right for WOW & the service has been fine but now that my two year deal has been up and the price has crept I might as well get the channels I really want.

I intentionally signed up for paperless billing to minimize waste and paper use, meanwhile @Xfinity sends like 3 mailings to my apartment a month trying to get me to pay for more service

@comcast @Xfinity is garabage! I had to call off work since my WiFi hasn’t work since 6:45am, I’m told it’s my 3 month old modem. I go to besy Best Buy purchase a new $209.00 modem. Come home, called Comcast to activate it, & BAM the modem wasn’t the issue. The service was!

@BlockClubCHI Comcast is down in south central PA too. It is not just the internet, the tv screen is frozen as well.
