Truly a terribly managed district. Not only reckless with funds but they use thinly veiled language to explain their abysmal test performance (I.e. they try to blame certain ethnic groups). The only problem with this logic is that those demographics haven't changed even though several schools were downgraded by the state this year alone. So their methods fail those at the top and the bottom. It is past time to replace nearly every top level admin and change their idiotic curriculum, which completely neglects phonics and test readiness since they believe those "lower student esteem", with something else.
