This is a remote position.
Align HCM is searching for a UKG ReadySystem Consultant who will be responsible for helping our clients efficiently and effectively implement Workforce Management systems and processes – primarily UKG Workforce Ready system.

This position is 100% REMOTE and open to applicants in both US and Canada**
Primary Duties And Key Responsibilities
Support, optimize and integrate Kronos Workforce Ready solution suite
Lead client teams through the process and system analysis and review, via hands-on, end-to-end, configuration and testing - requirements gathering, gap analysis, design, build, test, rollout and support
Create and maintain requirements documentation and project plan
Write functional specifications for customizations and manage the testing and acceptance of the delivered solutions
Create data mapping from source system(s) to UKG Pro
Validate current configuration, identifying gaps and optimization
Manage multiple clients concurrently
Provides best practice solutions to clients through proven successful consulting ability
Presents material and facilitates working sessions for small to mid-sized client teams
Requirements
3-5 years of Implementation experience and/or certification with Kronos Workforce Ready
Experience in Time & Attendance, Workforce Management, Human Resources or Payroll systems configuration, development, and support is required
Knowledge of object-oriented analysis, design, and implementation methodologies
Experience with software project implementation life cycle
UKG Pro certification is a strong plus
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, software, computer science, information systems, business technology are welcomed
